    • Experienced in menu planning, product development, and culinary innovation

    • Able to analyze sales and market trends for strategic product planning

    • Strong leadership and coordination skills across departments (MD, Procurement, Operations, Marketing)

    • Experienced in working with targets and large-scale production systems

    • Knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards is an advantage

  • Pengalaman min. 3 tahun dalam maintenance mesin industri makanan (terutama CK Bakery & Deli Kitchen seperti mixer, oven, prover, vacuum machine, chiller, dll)

  • Memahami sistem pendingin, pemanas, kelistrikan dasar, dan mekanikal mesin produksi

  • Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan wiring diagram

  • Menguasai preventive maintenance dan troubleshooting

  • Pengalaman dengan CMMS menjadi nilai tambah

  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik

  • Memahami mechanical electrical plumbing terutama instalasi listrik dan panel listrik (single & 3 phase)

  • Experienced in leading and managing operations in multiple store locations simultaneously.
  • Able to analyze sales data, financial reports, and understand market trends for strategic decision making.
  • Effective communication skills and strong leadership skills in coaching and directing teams.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year as a Store Manager or similar position.

  • Mastery of meat cutting and handling techniques (beef, chicken, fish).

  • Understanding of food safety standards, cold storage, and quality control.

  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Hospitality/F&B Management, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in food production/culinary operations, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory/coordinator position.
  • Understanding of food production SOPs, food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain systems for production needs.
  • Understanding of cost control standards, yield management, and production efficiency.
  • Ability to read production reports and perform basic analysis.
  • Leadership: Ability to supervise, train, and guide a production team.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented towards product quality.
  • Experience in the retail, hotel, or food manufacturing industries is preferred.
