Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Elektro, atau Mekatronika
Pengalaman min. 3 tahun dalam maintenance mesin industri makanan (terutama CK Bakery & Deli Kitchen seperti mixer, oven, prover, vacuum machine, chiller, dll)
Memahami sistem pendingin, pemanas, kelistrikan dasar, dan mekanikal mesin produksi
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan wiring diagram
Menguasai preventive maintenance dan troubleshooting
Pengalaman dengan CMMS menjadi nilai tambah
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik
- Memahami mechanical electrical plumbing terutama instalasi listrik dan panel listrik (single & 3 phase)
- Memahami AC , pendingin , coldrooom, showcase
- Memahami mesin kitchen dan mesin Bakers production.
- Experience min. 5 years as an Area Manager in retail industry
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Experienced in leading and managing operations in multiple store locations simultaneously.
- Able to analyze sales data, financial reports, and understand market trends for strategic decision making.
- Effective communication skills and strong leadership skills in coaching and directing teams.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year as a Store Manager or similar position.

- Komunikasi & Kolaborasi: Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim lintas departemen di dapur
- Manajemen Waktu: Terampil mengatur jadwal kerja, memastikan efisiensi operasional dapur
- Problem-Solving: Cepat mengatasi tantangan terkait operasional dapur
- Min. 10 years of experience in large organization such as 5 star hotels
- Min of 2 speciality in pastry (chocolate, sugar work, macaron, etc..)
- High Knowledge of French (European) Pastry
- Able to lead and improve competency of the team
- Able to planify, rationalize and realize production
- Good understanding and practice of integrated system
- HACCP certified

Minimum education Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Culinary Arts, Animal Husbandry, or similar).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in butchery/meat processing, preferably in the retail or supermarket industry.
Mastery of meat cutting and handling techniques (beef, chicken, fish).
Understanding of food safety standards, cold storage, and quality control.
Possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Hospitality/F&B Management, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in food production/culinary operations, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory/coordinator position.
- Understanding of food production SOPs, food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, or similar).
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain systems for production needs.
- Understanding of cost control standards, yield management, and production efficiency.
- Ability to read production reports and perform basic analysis.
- Leadership: Ability to supervise, train, and guide a production team.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented towards product quality.
- Experience in the retail, hotel, or food manufacturing industries is preferred.
